FRATRES is a spiritual and fraternal organization. Volunteers acting on behalf of the ministry are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, compassion, and respect.

• Confidentiality: Volunteers must strictly maintain the privacy and dignity of the elderly, sick, and vulnerable individuals they visit. Sharing personal details, health status, or unauthorized photographs of visited individuals is strictly prohibited.
• Code of Conduct: You agree not to use the FRATRES platform or physical visitations to promote personal businesses, unauthorized political campaigns, or any activities contrary to Christian-inspired charity.
• Termination of Participation: FRATRES reserves the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any volunteer who violates this code of conduct or acts in a manner that endangers the trust and safety of our community.

3. Donations & Financial Support

FRATRES relies on the generosity of the public to fulfill its mission of mercy.

• All donations made through our website or official bank accounts are voluntary and non-refundable, as they are immediately allocated to support the ministry's charitable objectives.
• We are committed to full transparency and ensure that all funds are utilized specifically for the care, visitation, and accompaniment of those we serve, as well as necessary administrative operations.

The content on this website, including but not limited to the FRATRES logo, text, graphics, images, and the "Ministry of Not Forgetting" branding, is the property of FRATRES and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
